Q - Should I email a question or call?
A - We'll answer your email, but calling is usually faster.
Please note: Mondays the phones can be extremely busy.
If you are requesting photos of merchandise please allow 24 hours for an email reply.

Q - What are your hours ?

- Regular store hours are 10 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday.
Sunday we are open from 11 am - 5 pm.

In Summer and during the Winter Holiday season we are sometimes open for extended hours. We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter Sunday and have limited hours on some other holidays.

Q - Where are you located ?

Q - I visited Boulder, was in your store and saw something that I want now. I don't see it on your site - can I buy it and have it shipped to me ?

Yes, if it is still in stock we can arrange to ship it to you.

Q - Can I see more photos of the work of a certain artist ?

Yes, email your request and we'll send you attached photos, or post them on a web page for you to see. If you are requesting photos of merchandise please allow 24 hours for an email reply.

Q - Can I arrange for custom work ?

Some artists do custom work. Please contact us by phone or email; We will contact the artist for you.

Q - Do you have a gift registry?

Yes. Please email or call and a staff member will work with you to set one up

Q - Do you ship outside the U.S. ?

Very rarely, due to international shipping regulations. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your shipping requirements.

Q - Do you ever have a sale ?

We have a storewide sale each March.

Q - How can I get my art or craft into your gallery ?

You may apply for consignment. Please see our application procedure page HERE to be sure you agree to our terms. Call toll free 1-866-656-2667 to have an application mailed to your postal address. You may send us a photo CD of high resolution images of your work with your application form.

Q - I am starting a co-op art gallery. May I get advice from you ?
A -
We'll answer some questions by email. You may purchase a copy of our bylaws for $25.00. Please call for information on how to purchase them.
